Why your meditation is making you jittery?
It looks quite opposite to the general perception!
However, there is one suggestion to do meditation -
for anyone intending to be emotionally intelligent, develop
leadership skills, be creative and be successful in whatever they are striving
to become.
And that suggestion of
‘Doing meditation’ is the reason behind undoing!
The moment we prepare to do
meditation, there will be one strong thought among many bombarding, and
saying where is the time?
With great difficulty when you find time, the next thought
questions – hey! The place is not proper!
Somehow, you manage time and place. Now the thought says –
hello, first let the current situation become little bit ok, then you can sit
for meditation relaxingly!!
Now, time, place and situation will never be in sync to be
able to do meditation.
Meditation is of Beingness, not doingness!
So by shifting doing to being, we can be in meditation
effortlessly.
Being in Meditation can happen any time, at any place and in
any situation!
The simplest way to Be
in meditation is to step back from the thinking mind every now and then!
I learnt this simple and effective way from Eckhart Tolle,
Spiritual teacher and author of book “Power of Now”.
