Having plan ‘B’ and plan ‘C’ is a management fad, better to be discarded ASAP!

Making all our plan ‘A’s as actionable and accountable as possible will help in discarding the plan ‘B’ & ‘C’s.

General perception of plan ‘B’ is, to keep it as a safety net if plan ‘A’ fails and Plan ‘C’ is a safety net for failed plan ‘B’!

This way of working makes sure of lot of blunders in plan ‘B’ and makes it to go ‘bust’!

And plan ‘C’ means, we are already taking a cat walk on catastrophe!

Invariably, uncertainties are certain in all aspects of life!

So, sticking to plan ‘A’ and if it does not yield the desired result, arriving at another plan ‘A’ with the new awareness provided by the failure, is always awesome!!
