It was exciting and interesting time during last few weeks. The interaction with more than 500 participants across Belgaum, Hubli, Udupi, Davangere and Bangalore was really amazing. Though I am tempted to share all those experience, it’s not practicable to type and read all that.
So I have picked some voices about the Happy workshop which represents the feelings and experience of all the participants of my workshop;
“It was a pleasure for me to attend this workshop. First time ever in my life, I didn’t feel sleepy even after attending three and a half hour session. It has given some value to my way of being” - Charvita Reddy.
“It was really great workshop. Everyone wants to be happy but rarely we become happy. It motivated us to think how to overcome all the obstacles and be happy. I liked many of the concepts you had given. I really liked the thought concept. Thank you for your good thoughts”. - Naveena. H
“The workshop helped us to bring up and observe all the ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ running in our mind and later a realization took place and the negative thoughts have turned into positive! Thank you” – R Sai Prakash
There are many more of such opinions and the following one will summarise and echo the participants perspective;
“Happy workshop was beautiful thoughts expressed through activities that engaged the participants to experience the message of thoughts affecting happiness. It was good to see all the fresh teachers actively engaged”.
